return & refund policy

LOYAL OUTFITS will accept returns and issue full credit on products that are returned in their original seal within two  weeks after delivery. No items will be accepted for return if the seal has been removed. Customer Service authorization is required for all product returns. Please contact our Customer Service Team via telephone or e-mail.

Refundable:

Time Limit Returns will be accepted within 10-15 business days

Defect/Damage Returns are only accepted if a product is damaged or defective. The customer must only send us an E-Mail  with photos of the product in order to guarantee the damage or defect of the product before it is processed for the return. We will refund the total amount in case of defect / damage

Sizing issue   In case of size problems on the part of the buyer, the payment of 30% of the total amount will be deducted. If we deliver the wrong size, we will refund the full amount and the product will be returned OR If You Batter Solution in Your Mind.

Product Condition The product must be returned in its original condition and .packaging.

Shipping The customer pays the shipping costs in case of a return.

Refunds:

Refunds will be made exactly in your same account used to make payment.

Refund will be processed within 6-8 business days after receiving returned product.

Shipping charges that we pay for sending that product will be deducted from total amount.

Non Refundable:

Custom ProductIn the case of any custom product, No returns are acceptable.

The customization may be size, color, logos, badges, etc. If there is a minor change in the original loaded product by the customer, returns will not be accepted.
