a) DHL:

03. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on various factors, such as the destination, shipping method, and the weight of the package. The applicable shipping charges will be discussed during the order manufacturing process. 

04. Lead Time:

Lead time depends on your quantity, the customization you want, your location, and the chosen shipping method. Please note that lead times are approximate and may be subject to unforeseen delays, such as customs clearance procedures or weather conditions.

Following is the estimated lead time for the sample and bulk order :

For Sample:

For a sample, the lead time is 05 to 07 business days. Keep in mind that the lead time includes both the production and the delivery/shipping time. Usually, standard shipping (direct) takes 3-4 business days, and Via Shipment takes 8-10 business days. 

For a Bulk Order:

For a quantity of 10-100 pieces, the lead time will be 10-15 business days.  For a quantity of 1000 pieces, the lead time will be 20 business days. If the quantity is 2000 pieces, it will be 30 days. Lead time for >2000 pieces Is negotiable

05. International Customs and Duties:

For international shipments, customs and import duties may be imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees. It is essential to familiarize yourself with your country’s customs regulations and any applicable duties before placing an order. LOYAL OUTFITS is not responsible for any customs or import duties imposed by the destination country.

06. Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and a link to track your package online. You can easily monitor the progress of your shipment using this tracking information.

07. Order Issues and Lost Packages:

In the rare event that your package is lost in transit or encounters any issues during shipping, please contact our customer support team. We will work diligently to resolve the matter and ensure your satisfaction.
