Once an order has been checked and agreed in writing (letter, fax, or email) by the customer, it is considered CONFIRMED. The customer is obliged to accept delivery, pay the agreed price, and adhere to the payment terms of the order. Title of the goods remains with LOYAL OUTFITS until full payment has been received.
If LOYAL OUTFITS fails to comply with the confirmed customer order instructions or if the product is faulty, we will happily exchange the product. Notification of an issue or fault with an order must be made within 48 hours of delivery through phone, email, fax, or letter to LOYAL OUTFITS. The goods must be retained in unused condition, and any cost of loss or damage will be borne by the customer.
LOYAL OUTFITS will arrange shipping and delivery of the ordered goods to the customer’s designated location. The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.Any additional shipping costs, such as customs duties or taxes, will be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.
The production lead time will be communicated to the customer upon order confirmation. LOYAL OUTFITS will make reasonable efforts to meet the agreed-upon delivery date. Delays in production or delivery due to unforeseen circumstances may occur, and LOYAL OUTFITS will notify the customer promptly.
Cancellation or modification requests for confirmed orders must be made in writing (letter, fax, or email) to LOYAL OUTFITS. Any cancellations or modifications may be subject to fees or charges depending on the stage of production. Cancellation or modification requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and LOYAL OUTFITS reserves the right to accept or decline such requests.
Any custom designs, patterns, or artwork created by LOYAL OUTFITS for the customer’s order remain the intellectual property of LOYAL OUTFITS, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The customer may not reproduce, distribute, or use LOYAL OUTFITS’ intellectual property without explicit permission.
Returns and refunds are only applicable for faulty or damaged goods or if LOYAL OUTFITS fails to comply with the confirmed order instructions. The customer must notify LOYAL OUTFITS of the return request within a specified timeframe, typically within 7 days of delivery. Read more on respective page about returns and refunds
LOYAL OUTFITS is committed to delivering high-quality garments to customers. All products undergo through quality control checks before shipment to ensure they meet the specified standards and customer requirements. If a customer identifies a quality issue with the received goods, he should notify LOYAL OUTFITS within 7 days of delivery.
LOYAL OUTFITS respects the confidentiality of customer information and will not disclose any confidential or sensitive information to third parties without the customer’s consent. Customer information provided to LOYAL OUTFITS will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order and providing customer service.
